Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a late fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Late-arrival & no-show policy: A 15 minute grace period will be given before having to reschedule. If having to reschedule 50% of your appointment will be charged. If a client arrives over 30 minutes late, it will be treated it as a no-show. No shows will be changed 100% of your service cost.
